£50 secures the appointment and comes off your final price. One free reschedule with 48 hours' notice — cancelling inside 48 hours or not showing up means the deposit is gone and a new one starts the next booking.

Photo ID — passport or driving licence, no exceptions, this is a strict 18+ studio. Eat properly beforehand and bring something to drink. Wear or bring clothing that gives easy access to the area without you having to hold it out of the way for the whole session.

Keep the wrap on as instructed, wash gently with unscented soap, thin layer of recommended cream, and no pools, saunas or direct sun for two weeks. You get the full aftercare sheet with your booking.

Yes — references are welcome and most pieces start from a photo you send over. Irena drafts a design from it and confirms the details with you before the session, so there are no surprises on the day.

Yes to cover-ups — start by sending a daylight photo of the existing tattoo. Irena checks every cover-up herself before anything is booked, and she'll tell you straight if yours needs laser first. For touch-ups on past work, message with a healed photo and she'll take it from there.

More than 15 minutes late and the session may need to be shortened or moved — appointments run back to back. Cancelling or rescheduling inside 48 hours forfeits the deposit; give more notice than that and one free reschedule applies.
